2003 Outdoor National Champhionship Scoreboard. Seeing my name on the
leaderboard was AMAZING. Seeing it alongside all those national and world record
holders was even better, and prompted me to say, "I'd rather be at the
bottom of the top, than the top of the bottom." For sure.

Vacations
20th Anniversary Trip to Acadia National Park,
Maine, August 2005. It rained almost daily, but we still had fun.
Donning our Gortex clothing, we climbed, hiked, and one of us even learned how
to ride a bike without hands!
Why, we even found a couple of
trees that we thought looked like us.... a little narly, kind of worn, but still
hanging on to each other!
